Notice that the Town of Poygan Board of Supervisors will be attending the Annual Fire District meeting at the Winneconne-Poygan Fire House located at 550 W. Main Street in Winneconne at 7:00 p.m. on Monday September 13, 2021. The purpose of the meeting is to attend the Annual Fire District Meeting for the budget and other updates.

Notice that the Town of Poygan Board of Supervisors will be meeting on the town owned property in front of the quarry, located behind the Hill Tavern at 8069 County Road D, in the Town of Poygan at 4:00 p.m. on Monday July 26, 2021. The purpose of the meeting is to post signage in front of the quarry.

There will be a Special Town Board Meeting on Wednesday, June 23, 2021. This meeting is to meet with a representative from Northeast Asphalt to clarify the repair of the town hall parking. The board will then meet inside and discuss the project and take possible action. They will also discuss the Town Treasurer transferring money between accounts.

TOWN OF POYGAN

MEETING TO MARK ROADS, DO CULVERT INSPECTIONS AND PLACE SIGNAGE AT QUARRY.

TUESDAY, APRIL 27, 2021 @ 2:00 p.m.
The Town of Poygan Board of Supervisors will be placing signage at the quarry, checking culverts and marking the roads that need repair, including over lays, wedging and culverts in preparation to letting out bids on the projects.
They will meet at the Poygan Town Hall located at 8693 Town Hall Road on April 27. 2021 @ 2:00 p.m. and travel together to mark these roads.

Town of Poygan Annual Road Inspection
The Poygan Town Board of Supervisors will be conducting the annual road inspection on Tuesday, April 20, 2021.
The Poygan Board of Supervisors will meet at the Poygan Town hall, Located at 8693 Town Hall Road on Tuesday, April 20th at 2:00 p.m. The Board members will then drive the town roads together to do the road inspection, their findings will be discussed at the next town board meeting that will be held on Wednesday April 21, 2021 at the Poygan Town Hall located at 8693 Town Hall Road @ 7:00p.m.
