- 2023 Lottery and Gaming Credit Application - If you owned and occupied your property as your primary residence as of January 1, 2023 your property is eligible for the Lottery and Gaming Credit. Please complete this form and return it to the Winnebago County Treasurer's Office before November 1, 2023. Please check your tax bill to see if you are receiving a Lottery and Gaming Credit. If you are receiving the credit there is no need to fill out the application again.
- 2022 Late Lottery Credit Application - If you owned and occupied your property as your primary residence as of January 1, 2022 your property is eligible for the Lottery and Gaming Credit. Please complete this form and return it to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue at the address located at the bottom of the form before October 1, 2023. You will need to include a copy of your 2022 property tax bill.
