Notice of a Special Town Board Meeting
Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, May 31, 2017, the Poygan Board of Supervisors will meet at the Poygan Town Hall, located at 8693 Town Hall Road at 7:00 p.m. for the following purpose:
To open and award bids for the 2017 road projects.

TOWN OF POYGAN
MEETING TO MARK ROADS
TUESDAY, MAY 9, 2017 @ 2:00 p.m.
The Town of Poygan Board of Supervisors will be checking culverts and marking the roads that need repair, including over lays, wedging and culverts in preparation to letting out bids on the projects.
They will meet at the Poygan Town Hall located at 8693 Town Hall Road on May 9, 2017 @ 2:00 p.m. and travel together to mark these roads.

Notice of Meeting to Adjourn Board of Review to Later Date
Town of Poygan, Winnebago County
Board of Review will meet on the 17th day of May, 2017 at 6:55 p.m. at the Poygan Town Hall, located at 8693 Town Hall Road, Town of Poygan, Winnebago County, for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the thirty day period beginning on the 2nd Monday of May, pursuant to Sec. 70.47 (1) of Wis. Statutes.
Due to the fact the assessment roll is not completed at this time, it is anticipated that the Board of Review will be adjourned until the 21st day of June, 2017 at 6:55 p.m.

Town of Poygan Annual Road Inspection
The Poygan Town Board of Supervisors will be conducting the annual road inspection on Thursday, May 4, 2017.
The Poygan Board of Supervisors will meet at the Poygan Town Hall, Located at 8693 Town Hall Road at 12 Noon on Thursday May 4th. The Board members will then drive the town roads together to do the road inspection, their findings will be discussed at the next town board meeting that will be held on Wednesday May 17, 2017 at the Poygan Town Hall located at 8693 Town Hall Road @ 7:00 p.m.

The Planning and Zoning Meeting and Public Hearing scheduled for May 11, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. has been canceled.
The next scheduled meeting will be June 8, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.
