Town of Poygan- Notice of Possible Quorum

Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Town of Poygan Board of Supervisors might be present for road inspection and marking on Thursday, August 3, 2023, beginning at 2:00 p.m. The Poygan Board of Supervisors will meet at the Poygan Town Hall, located at 8693 Town Hall Road.  The Board members will then drive the town roads together for inspection and marking.  Their findings will be discussed at the next town board meeting on Wednesday, August 16 at the Town Hall at 7:00 p.m.

Though no Town of Poygan business will be acted on, this notice is being posted to comply with Wisconsin Open Meetings Law, which requires public notice to be given when a quorum of a governmental body may be gathered together, unless the event is for educational purposes only.
