Pursuant to Sec. 70.45 of Wis. Statutes the Town of Poygan assessment roll for the Year 2021 assessment will be open for examination on the 22th day of April, 2021, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm by Action Appraisers & Consultants Inc.

INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN ON HOW TO OBTAIN Instructional material about the assessment, how to file an objection, and Board of Review procedures under Wisconsin Law. All property owners that have concerns and questions about their assessment should CALL and discuss these concerns with the Assessor.
