Motion to approve Resolution #11-18-2020 for Electors to Adopt the Town’s 2020 Tax Levy to be collected in 2021.

Resolution #11-18-2020 to Adopt the 2020 Town’s Tax Levy to be Collected in 2021.

Whereas, s. 60.10(1) (a) of Wis. Statues authorizes the town electors of a town to adopt the town levy at a town meeting of the electors:

Whereas, a special town meeting of the electors has been called for this 18th day of November, 2020:
Now, therefore, the special town meeting of the Town of Poygan, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, by a majority vote of the eligible electors voting on this 18th day of November, 2020 duly assembled and voting resolves and orders as follows:

BE IT RESOLVED, the town electors of the Town of Poygan, Winnebago County, Wisconsin hereby adopt the town tax levy for 2020 to be collected in 2021 at
$282,866.00.
